Renovation of a mixed-use development in Unionville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and transportation facility.
The City is soliciting Bids from roofing Contractors for the complete replacement of the cedar shingles roof at the Old Unionville Library Community Centre located at 15 Library Ln, Unionville, ON L3R 5T7 and Markham Train Station located at 214 Main St N, Markham, ON L3P 1Y5. The Markham Train Station is designated as a heritage building. Bidders interested in performance of specified work must meet the following mandatory requirements: 1. Minimum 20 years in business; 2. Minimum of 10 years working experience with products specified (Cedar Shakes/Shingles); 3. Submit list of five (5) cedar shake/shingle projects completed in past three (3) years with reference contact info; and 4. Submit Certificate of Bonding, Bonding Company information and Copy of Contractor's license.
