The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction to micro tunnel a 30 HOBAS pipe section from Lincoln Park to the upper section of Third Avenue and install a new manhole structure in order to install 30 sewer pipe via open trench and connect to the existing 30 sewer pipe on Third Avenue. This will include construction staging and installation of erosion and sediment control measures. There will be construction of jacking pits and receiving pits to facilitate the micro tunnel work, a section of open cut trench work on third avenue and associated surface restoration work on South Hawk Street and in Lincoln Park.
