Shortlist Confirmed Q & A deadline: Oct 28, 2020 5:00:00 PM EDT As requested by the Engineering and Project Management Division (EPMD) of the Public Utilities Department (PUD) (hereinafter, the "Division"), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, "County") has issued this Request for Professional Services (hereinafter, "RPS") with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Design Build Firms/Partnerships in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The Consultant, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. The property is located at various locations in Collier County Project budget, proposed location, estimated schedule and general project information are indicated in Scope of Work, Attachments, etc. The target substantial completion date is approximately October 2022. The anticipated expenditure is $4,100,000. The County is interested in receiving qualifications and proposals from experienced Design-Build teams for the design, permitting, construction and installation of fifty-three (53) automatic emergency back-up power/pumping systems at critical wastewater pump stations. The auxiliary backup power system, consisting of either a diesel generator or diesel bypass pump, is utilized during emergencies, usually during extended power outages.
