Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fairfax, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Redevelopment for a new Willard Sherwood Health and Community Center that would be built in place of the current Joseph Willard Health Center that would connect to the existing Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center (3740 Old Lee Highway). Amenities include a new gymnasium, fitness center, kitchen and multipurpose room. The center will be built in place of the current center and will include a redesign that connects to the Sherwood Center. As of June 10, 2024, this project is in design. The architect has been identified. A preconstruction manager has been selected. A firm construction timeline has not been established; however, construction could begin Q3 2025.
