Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a power facility in McMinnville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a power facility; for the demolition of a power facility; for the renovation of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
The Project consists of furnishing all qualified professional personnel, supervision, construction labor, equipment and specified materials to clear and grade the site, furnish and install fencing, conduit and grounding systems and concrete foundations. Contractors must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279C in order to enter into a contract with the Owner for public work in Oregon and shall have a minimum of five years experience on projects of similar size and complexity to this Work Bids shall be submitted on the prescribed forms . The successful bidder will be required to furnish the necessary performance and payment bonds for the faithful performance of the contract as prescribed in the Contract Documents. McMinnville Water & Light may reject any Bid not in compliance with the contract provisions and all prescribed Public Contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause all Bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest. MW&L also reserves the right to waive informalities in a bid submission if in best interest of McMinnville Water & Light.
