The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide design and fabrication services for the rehabilitation and upgrade of Plane-Mate (30) and Mobile Lounge (16) vehicles at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Estimated Dollar Value:$20,000,000 - $30,000,000 The Period of Performance will be 1,140 days from Notice-To-Proceed (NTP). This is a Two- Phase, competitive, negotiated, best-value procurement. This solicitation has a 0% LDBE participation requirement. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted by 3:00 PM November 1, 2021 via electronically. The Authority may accept any item or group of items of an offer, unless the offeror qualifies the offer by specific limitations. Unless otherwise provided in the Price Schedule, offers may be submitted for quantities less than those specified. The Authority reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered, at the unit cost or prices offered, unless the offeror specifies otherwise in the offer. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
