The Project Consists of Constructing a Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Including a Lift Station, an Elevated Headworks With Two (2) Mechanical Fine Screens, a Common Walled Treatment Module Including Three (3) Aeration Basins With Fine Bubble Diffusers, Three (3) Secondary Clarifiers With Spiral Blade Mechanisms, and Sludge Pumping System. The Scope Also Includes Two (2) Chlorine Contact Basins, a Cmu Building for the Motor Control Center and Positive Displacement Blowers, a Cmu Building for the Chemical Storage and Feed, and a Diesel Emergency Generator. The Scope Also Includes Converting the Existing Aeration Basin and Secondary Clarifier to a Multi-stage Aerobic Digester, Miscellaneous Rehabilitation on Existing Site, New Pad Mounted Transformer Electrical Service, Demolition of Existing Lift Station, Site Work, Site Grading, Storm Sewer, Plant Piping, Protective Coatings, Paving, Electrical Duct Banks, Conduit, Wiring, Controls, and Integration (Key Map No. 456-b).
