ESTIMATED BASE BID COST RANGE: $200,000.00 to $240,000.00 FPS will be accepting mailed-in or hand-delivered bids. Existing gym floor has been removed by Clark College prior to bid except for under existing bleachers. Clark College will remove the remaining existing gym flooring after the Contractor moves the existing bleachers onto the new wood flooring.
