All prospective bidders must be pre-qualified with the Jefferson county environmental services department to either bid class "A" sewer line projects or cured-in-place projects in order to bid on this project. To pre-qualify with the department and to construct class "A" sewer line projects, each prospective bidder must furnish written evidence of competency and evidence of financial responsibility to the county. Accordingly, the county will not accept pre-qualifications after October 16, 2020. Bid proposal forms will not be issued to prospective bidders who do not pre-qualify.
