**Parent Project** *As of January 15, 2025, package for the main project construction was sent to bid on 01/07/2025 to pre-qulaified subs. *As of December 16, 2024, the work for the Early Bid Package (Demolition, Abatement and Site) for this project is already on going. Sub bidding for the main project is currently being received for those that have prequalified. Main project construction is estimated to start March 2025 with concrete. Enabling work will be required before new building construction work commences. Likewise, prequalification and bid packages prior to the main bid package are anticipated. A detailed scope of services will be included in the Request for Proposals. The following is an outline of services anticipated.
