**Parent Project** *As of October 03, 2024, the work for the Early Bid Package (Demolition, Abatement and Site) for this project is already on going. RFQ/Prequalification for Subs for the main project is currently being received. The Contract Documents for the main project will not be available until towards the end of this year, 2024. Once the Contract Documents are completed and available, this will go out for Sub bidding, which will be someime at the beginning of next year, 2025. Main project construction is estimated to start sometime April to May of next year, 2025. Enabling work will be required before new building construction work commences. Likewise, prequalifications and bid packages prior to the main bid package are anticipated. A detailed scope of services will be included in the Request for Proposals. The following is an outline of services anticipated. Unauthorized communications or contact between CM firms, their employees, agents or other related entities interested in submitting SOQs and the SBC, the Project Designer, the Owner's Project Manager, or any other person or entity participating on the Prequalification Committee or Selection Committee with regard to this project are strictly prohibited except through written questions submitted prior to the deadline set forth herein.
