Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 95,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
This is a RO awarded project in which they are collaborating with AISD to build a new facility for the Rosedale School. This project consists of a 75,000 SF new school with an attached 20,000 SF shell space. New construction will consist of new facility and all site work, landscape and hardscape for construction of the associated sports field, play courts, gardens, playgrounds, and water detention & water quality. Technical Questions: Rogers-O'Brien Pre-Bid Location : Virtual This awarding round involves: 1. Exterior skin, interior finishes, specialties, food service equipment, lifts, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, fire alarm, communications, security, landscape/irrigation, and site furnishings. Cost savings suggestions are always welcome. Provide VE in the form of an add or deduct from the basis of design. Base price should be per plans and specs.
