For Materials 2021 Bid Reference # 21-2020 Provide various types of Aggregate for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 22-2020 Provide various types of Bituminous Patching Materials for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 23-2020 Provide various types of Corrugated Metal & Plastic Pipe for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 24-2020 Provide various types of Guardrail for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 25-2020 Provide various types of Hydroseeding for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 26-2020 Provide various types of LED Lights for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 27-2020 Provide various types of Liquid Bituminous Materials for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 28-2020 Provide various types of Liquid Calcium Magnesium Chloride for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Bid Reference # 29-2020 Provide various types of Traffic Control Signs & Supplies for the year 2021 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Individual bids shall be properly and completely executed and submitted on the Bid Forms included in the Project Bid Specifications. Each bid must be sealed in a 9 x 12 envelope and clearly marked with bidder's name, address, item to be bid, bid reference number, and date and time of bid opening. Each bid must include one (1) additional copy. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check for $500.00 and be attached to top of bid documents. Other required documents include: Indiana Legal Employment Declaration (E-Verify) Non-Collusion Affidavit Iran Certification Statement of Company Equal Employment Opportunity and Non Discrimination Policy Insurance declaration for Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage and other coverage as required. Bid deposits of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned upon the award of the contract. Bonds of successful bidders will be held until satisfactory delivery of product or successful completion of the contract, such period of time not to exceed the maximum length of any product warranty associated with said contract. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Allen, Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the invitation to Bid, the right to multiple awards, and reserves the right to waive irregularities.
