Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. Completed plans call civil work for a wastewater treatment plant.
The project will generally include: Construction of a building expansion including lunchroom, office, entry vestibule, electrical room, workshop, chemical room, influent wet well, and headworks screening facility; Construction of Secondary Treatment Train 2, including treatment tanks, pumphouse and electrical room; Supply and installation of new process equipment, building-mechanical systems, piping, and appurtenances; All electrical upgrades required to accommodate the new components; All instrumentation and control devices and control system programming required to accommodate the new components; Site works and underground utilities, sewers, and piping; Construction of septage receiving / RV dump station site, roadworks, potable water and plant service water supply, and sanitary sewer; Provide temporary works, flow diversion, and groundwater dewatering as required to construct the works in an operating wastewater treatment facility Application of floor, wall, and ceiling coatings to new and existing structures; and Replacement of roof structure on the existing Operations Building.
