Site work for a civil project in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Phased program of upgrades, repairs and improvement to Ville-Marie and Viger tunnels within the framework of an asset-management plan. Construction will be completed by packages during the major program of tunnels reconstruction. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being prepared by packages. To facilitate the implementation of the construction program the owner has divided it into six construction packages, each subject to several contracts in order to optimize the sequence of interventions. Two of construction packages are now followed in the reports under CRM ID names Repair of Plumbing Systems in Ville-Marie and Viger Tunnels and Repair of the Roof of the Building of Ventilation Tower #9 of the Ville Marie Tunnel, Including the Replacement of the 3 Ventilation Units. The renovation has already started and expected to be completed in 2030. Subsequent package tenders will be followed in new separate reports.
