The Contractor must possess a valid Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State Board at the time the bid is submitted. The class of license shall be applicable to the work specified in the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity or informality in any bid to the extent permitted by law.
