Site work and renovation of a residential development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,946-square-foot, two-story above grade residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
On behalf of the Owner and their Tenant (Fresno Housing Authority), we are requesting bid proposals for the Alegre Commons project in Fresno, CA. Project consists of 42 living units in (8) 2-Story Buildings, totaling 36,946 s.f., includes a 4,038 s.f. Community Building, complete site development, all finishes, landscaping and solar. Sub bids are requested for ALL TRADES EXCEPT Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Solar and Fire Sprinklers. This project is subject to California State Prevailing Wage requirements per Determination #FRE-2020-2 and supplemental Wage Determinations for Residential Carpenter R-23-31-1-2019-1E, Residential Plumber: Fire Sprinkler Fitter R-204-669-1-2019-1A & Residential Electrician R-61-100-8-2019-1! Subcontractor performance and payment bonds may be required. Johnston Contracting, Inc. and the Owner reserve the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any inconsistency or ambiguity in any bid received. 012-19225
