Work includes: Demolition of the existing out-of-service 30-million gallon, open-cut reservoir, including the removal of reservoir roof and framing, metal rebar, and flooring liner; Crushing all concrete material from columns, floors, slopes, walls, pipeline supports, and the outlet structure to the specifications for Caltrans Class 2 aggregate base; Disposal of hazardous material; Installing a drainage grate and connecting to the existing 30-inch drain pipeline; Cutting, capping, and internally grouting a portion of the 36-inch inlet/outlet pipeline; and Performing related required work at the District's Seneca Reservoir property in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications. Estimated cost of this work is between $2.5M and $3.5M Attendees shall also cover their coughs/sneezes, practice hand washing, and shall not engage in physical contact. Proposals to perform the work shall be made on the forms provided and shall be submitted complete, including bid bond and list of subcontractors, in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications. Bidders shall have an active Class A or B license from the Contractors State License Board at the time of submitting bid. All work covered by the contract shall be completed within three hundred and sixty five (365) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Performance and payment bonds for not less than 100 percent of the contract price are required.
