The University of Mississippi (UM) seeks responses to this formal Request for Letter of Interest (RLI), from Construction Management firms to provide professional construction services for the University of Mississippi on its Oxford campus for the Center for Science and Technology Innovation Building, formerly known as the STEM Building Project. This project will include: A new Center for Science and Technology Innovation (CSTI) Building designed primarily for undergraduate student use. The total project budget is $160 million. The University aims to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for limited pre-construction and full construction management services in the delivery of this project. The CMAR will work as part of a collaborative project team alongside the Owner, Architect, and Owners Consultants. The delivery method for this building will be under the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) form of agreement assuming a successful conclusion to contractual discussions. Letter of Interest. On-time submission ismandatory. Prior to submitting any materials describing your firm qualifications, a general Letter of Interest must be submitted and received by the Office of Procurement.
