Dunfee Elementary School If bidders wish to attend in person the opening will take place physically at the Barnegat Township School District Office located at 550 Barnegat Boulevard North, Bamegat, New Jersey 08005, outside in the parking lot adjacent to the Administration Building. Any bidder that desires to make arrangements for delivery of their bid prior to the bid deadline can do so by contacting Mr. Stephen Brennan, Business Administrator/Board Secretary at sbrcnnan@barnegatschools.com Neither the Owner, nor the Architect will assume any responsibility for Bids mailed or misdirected in delivery, No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law, if it is in the best interest of the Owner. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid re-quirements.
