Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Sainte-Genevieve, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 165,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 35-room, 913-seat educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
Construction of a new high school in the Northwest region of Montreal (L'Île-Bizard-Sainte-Geneviève Borough). The new school will house 35 classrooms, a library, a gym, meeting rooms, administrative offices, locker rooms, washrooms and special rooms for mechanical and electrical equipment. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints and the need to make 200-million-dollar budget compression to the school funding system, the Quebec government has put this project on hold for an undetermined period. There are no plans for construction at this time. Owner is focused on construction of modular complexes at this time, which will be followed under separate projects. Further update early to mid-2026.
