Restoration of construction area Engineers Estimate: $115,000 to $130,000 City intends to have the work fully completed by June 30, 2021 Bids must contain: A bid bond on the City's Bid Guaranty form, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashier's check, of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The City reserves the right, but is not obligated, to waive any irregularities or informalities in its sole and absolute discretion.
