Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Tomball, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,500-square-foot fire / police facility; for the addition of a 3,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The project consists of all labor, supervision, materials, services, and equipment required in conjunction with all work to renovate the existing 6,500 square foot Fire Station, and construct single-story addition of 3,000 square feet for sleeping quarters and restrooms, and all sitework associated with project including demolition of existing storage building as shown on the drawings dated February 18, 2021 and described in the specifications dated February 18, 2021. Project Base Bid consists of the renovation of a 6,500 square foot fire station. Site work to include demolition of existing storage building and modification to paving, sidewalks, parking, and landscaping. Building construction to include structural steel framing, wood framing, CMU framing, brick & fiber cement siding, metal panel siding, wood & CMU interior partitions, metal panel roof, storefront windows & entry doors, hollow metal & wood doors, hardware, acoustical tile & gypsum board ceilings, flooring, painting, millwork, fire suppression, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems. The estimated budget for this project is between $3,000,000 and $3,500,000.
