New construction of a mixed-use development in Scarborough, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 49,442-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Construction of 2-storey community centre and recreational sports field. TIMELINE: Project planning and designs are ongoing. Owner is finalizing approvals from the city of Toronto. Pending owner's decision to proceed, tender may be issued late summer/fall 2026. Construction for Phase 1 may begin November 2026; completion is currently targeted September 2028. Further update at time of tender. *Future Phase 2 construction at 251 Staines Road (formerly addressed 311 Staines Road) is now followed on a separate report.
