The City of Philadelphia requires Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services by Nederman-certified service representatives for Nederman Point Source Capture Exhaust Systems and all ancillary components that are installed in City of Philadelphia Fire Stations and Police Facilities. The contracted service shall be administered by the Department of Public Property Facilities Management Division. It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services for Nederman Exhaust Systems for the Department of Public Property as specified herein during the contract period. Contract Term: Date of Award to One Year (Initial Term), With an Option to Renew for Up to Two (2) Additional One (1) Year Periods and One (1) Nine (9) Month Option, (the Renewal Term) Exercisable, at the City Sole Discretion, as of the Expiration of the Initial Term or the Current Renewal Term. The City May, at Its Sole Discretion, Renew the Contract for Up to Three (3) Months at the Beginning of Each Renewal Period(S) (the Additional Performance Period), if a Decision Has Been Made Not to Renew the Contract for an Entire Year. All quotes must be submitted through PHL Contracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will NOT be accepted after the bid opening. It is the Seller's responsibility to ensure that the quote is submitted in a timely manner. In order to be eligible to sell Services, Supplies and Equipment, all vendors must be enrolled in the City's Annual Bid Security Program. The program covers the time period from July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021. All sellers must pay the non-refundable Annual Bid Security Program fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). The fee must be submitted electronically. The City, however, reserves the right to accept or reject the letter and to acquire the supplies or materials in the open market. Questions must be received no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled opening date of the bid. The City reserves the right to only respond to those questions submitted prior to the stated deadline.
