Square Footage: 23,134 ft 2 _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD), Denton County, Texas, invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from all qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) services in accordance with Chapter 2267, Subchapter F, of the Texas Government Code, in connection with the Lake Ralph Hall Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) Project, located in Ladonia, TX. The project is comprised of a new raw water pump station (horizontal split case pumps) and associated components with 55 MGD initial capacity and ability to expand in the future to 80 MGD. The project may also include construction of approximately 11,000 Linear feet of 60 or 66-inch raw water pipeline and an access road, site development, site security, and installation of SCADA improvements for the pump station and the proposed Raw Water Balancing Reservoir located near Celest in Hunt County, Texas and a flow control station north of Farmersville in Collin County, Texas.
