For Brazoria County Municipal Utility District 2 Lift Station 1 and 4 Improvements Lift Station No. 1 is located at 3900 Northfork Drive, Pearland, Texas 77584, and Lift Station No. 2 is located at 2890 County Road 90, Pearland, Texas 77584 The Work. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Lift Stations No. 1 and No. 4 Improvements for Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 2. Lift Station No. 1 The work includes but is not limited to blasting and recoating the wet well riser piping; the installation of a fall protection device with a rigid fall protection cover in the wet well; replacement of the influent sanitary sewer manhole rim and grout ring; replacement of the wet well vent screen and flange; grout repair to the spalled areas on the concrete thrust blocks; installation of a screen on both sides of the manhole vent; touch-up coating of all corroded valves, levers, handwheels and piping; bypass pumping for one month to complete the work; replacement of terminal boxes, installation of mounting hardware for the generator receptacle; replacing the base of the rack; and replacing the broken conduit body, photocell, broken indicating lights on the control panel and recoat the lighting transformer. Lift Station No. 4 The work includes but is not limited to blasting and recoating the wet well walls; the application of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas inside the wet well; blasting and recoating of riser piping inside the wet well; blasting and recoating of all above ground piping, valves, levers and the wet well vent; mud jacking of the concrete driveway to level the surface; bypass pumping for one month to complete the work; replacement of the terminal boxes, pump protection modules motor starters, wire brush and recoat the transformer enclosure, replace the flexible conduit, recoating the service entrance equipment enclosures and floodlight pole; replacement of the panel feeder conduit strap; cap the unused conduit; installation of Kellum grips to support all cables; and install conduit end bell to avoid cutting the cable.
