Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and planing for the construction of headworks discharge piping modifications to redirect flow into three influent basins; Influent Channel Modifications including installation of slide gates between aeration influent channels (2 total); installation of submersible mixers in each of the three influent channels of the aeration basins (3 total); and routing conduit and wire to the mixers for power and alarms, in addition to a local control panel for each mixer; Air blower improvements including demolition and replacement of Blower No. 1, including the motor, skid, inlet filter/silencer, inlet valves, pressure gauges, discharge valves and piping, local control panel and current transformers; Chemical Storage Room Improvements including the demolition and replacement of all existing ventilation equipment and appurtenances for both the Sodium Bisulfite and Bleach Storage Rooms; Demolition and replacement of all corrugated siding wall panels in the Sodium Bisulfite room; Demolition of the existing wood and metal swing gates at both the Sodium Bisulfite and Bleach Storage rooms and replacement with chain link swing gates at both chemical rooms (2 total); Demolition and replacement of the Sodium Bisulfite chemical storage tank and all associated tank accessories; Construction of containment curbs in the both the Sodium Bisulfite and Bleach Storage Rooms (2 total); Non-Potable Water System (NPW) Improvements including the demolition and replacement of the existing NPW pumps, motor, piping, valves, control panel, and appurtenances; installation of a bladder tank complete with concrete foundation, skid, and all associated piping; and the installation of baffle walls in the Chlorine Contact Basin (CCB); routing conduit and wire to the proposed blower and mixers, integration of the blower and mixers into the existing control system, mixer control panels, and local blower control panel; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications, complete as specified.
