Perform survey and stakeout, perform earthwork and site grading, and install asphalt and concrete pavements, gravel surface, granite curbing, crosswalk striping, modular block wall, site furnishings and lighting, handrails, landscape plantings, and lawn. Bids shall be submitted using the bid form provided, in duplicate, and enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the project title and bidder's name.
