Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Pryor, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work under the Contract includes, but is not limited to: Two (2) new Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) basins equipped with iet aeration system; two (2) new aerobic digester basins equipped with iet aeration system; retrofit of the two (2) existing SBR and aerobic digester basins diffused air system and mixers with jet aeration; a dry-pit centrifugal pump and motor with VFD at the SBR lift station; new multi-stage centrifugal blowers and housing; control building flooring and ceiling improvements; 16 acre lagoon floating baffle; U.V. Structure galvanized open grating replacement with Aluminum grating; associated yard piping; fencing/gates, site work and grading; seeding/sodding; aggregate base rock for plant drives and around major structures; and electrical and instrumentation work and other appurtenances as shown and summarized on the Construction Drawings and Specifications. Per the Oklahoma Ordnance Works Authority's COVID policy, visitors temperatures will be taken upon arrival, and masks and appropriate social distancing will be required for both the Bid Opening and the Pre-Bid Conference. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid Price, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Business Relationship Affidavit. Failure to submit any of the required documents will result in a bid opening disqualification for consideration of award. The successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond, and Maintenance Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner, and the required evidence of insurance. The AUTHORITY may waive any information or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS for any reason whatsoever. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above schedule time for the opening of BIDS or authorized postponement thereof. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No BIDDER may withdraw a BID within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified time period; the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the AUTHORITY and the BIDDER.
