Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 5 will accept sealed bid proposals for the RidgeGate Lift Station Fiber Optic Cable and Conduit in Section 12 and Sections 13, 24, and 25, Township 6 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. The project is located within Douglas County and the City of Lone Tree, Colorado and includes, but is not limited to; furnishing and installing approximately 4,700 linear feet of conduit, 11,600 linear feet of fiber optic cable and surface restoration. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (45) days after said closing time. Bidder pre-qualifications will not be required for this project; provided, however, upon evaluation of bids, the apparent low bidder must be prepared to demonstrate his qualifications by submitted evidence to the District such as financial data, previous experience, authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the project is located, and other requirements as may be specified in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Owner is in the best interest of Rampart Range Metropolitan District No. 5.
