Fabricate and Install Platforms Elmsdale Fire & Emergency Services Association (EFESA) has previously purchased four stacked containers (sea cans), has had them installed on concrete foundations at their property in Elmsdale, NS, and has made substantial modifications in order to use the containers as a fire Training Facility. EFESAs intent is to hire a Contractor to make changes to the containers to add two new platforms in order to simulate different scenarios which fire fighters may face. The nature of the restructuring required is described in more detail below, but it includes cutting, welding, fabrication, excavation, and concrete work.
