Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, this project will consist of the removal and replacement of an existing stormwater pump station near the intersection of 29th Street and I-25, Pueblo, Colorado. Key features of the project include: demolition of the existing stormwater pump station and appurtenances; construction of a new reinforced concrete stormwater pump station with wet well, dry well, installation of two 60 hp pumps (to be supplied by the City), one 25 hp pump (to be supplied by the City), 10" -30" DIP piping, fittings and valves; 30" flow meter and vault; air and vacuum relief valve and manhole; prefabricated fiberglass building for electrical and pump controls; SCADA system; storm drainage inlet, manhole and pipe improvements; gravel access drives; removal and replacement of existing asphalt, curb, gutter, and sidewalk as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.
