PROJECT: HVAC Upgrades for Media Center and Nurses Station, Westhills Elementary School Proposals will be publicly open and read at the Board of Education meeting at 6:00pm local time on November 17th, 2020. General Contractors license number and type must be on the envelope of the proposal. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Bessemer Board of Education in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
