The project will create a multi-use outdoor space for the patrons and programs of the Library, as well as beautify the appearance of the site. The installation of the landscaping design will be a phased, multi-year project. The immediate goal for 2022 focuses on the most visible area, adjacent to South Main Street along the front of the property. A bid form for this portion of the plan is included in this document, as are the Architectural Landscaping Design, the Technical Specifications, and the Alternate Plant List. All proposals must be submitted no later than 10 AM on Thursday, August 18, 2022 in a sealed envelope clearly marked, on the outside of the envelope, Installation of the Architectural Landscape Design for the Wolfeboro Public Library, addressed to the Town Manager's Office, Wolfeboro Town Hall, 84 South Main St., P.O. Box 629, Wolfeboro, NH 03894. This RFP represents the best effort by the Library to define its existing and future requirements for installation of the landscape plan. All information within this RFP should be considered as viable parts of the scope of work.
