This project consists of 3 sections: a. 20-252-02-A - Cafeteria and Band Room Update 1) Project consists of work in the cafeteria and band room. The cafeteria will have the ceiling replaced, new wall covering and a new sound system. The band room will have the ceiling recovered and new instrument storage cabinet and sink. b. 20-252-05-B-Gym Locker & Weight Room Remodel 1) Replace showers and toilet/sinks in Men's and Women's locker rooms. Reconfigure for ADA and separate privacy shower stalls. Widen the Entry to Gym, move wall into weight room, build in display cases, remove opposite wall in weight room and expand into what is currently a storage space. c. 20-252-05-C - Kitchen Update 1) Scullery: Replace dishwashing machine, add 3 compartment sink and stainless steel counters, remove end wall, cover walls with FRB. 2) Cooking/Prep Area: Remove 2 existing sinks, counter and cabinets; add new stainless counter, add prep sink and counter on the back side of the hood; add floor sink for prep sink; cover walls with FRP. 3) Serving Area: Open up wall, delete one man door and add roll-up overhead door; relocate/revise electrical to support new serving carts.
