Site work for a water / sewer project in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project will rehabilitate the aging system along Locust Street by lining approximately 1,000 LF of gravity sewer with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). It will also repair a failing road crossing under Highway 19E by constructing approximately 1,500 LF of force main and 180 LF of gravity sewer along a new alignment. There will be no pre-bid meeting. EPA MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10.9%, WBE 10.4% State of NC MBE/WBE participation goal: 10% (combined) The Project is located in downtown Spruce Pine along Locust Street and northeast of the downtown area along Highway 19E.
