Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to the project consists to install a canopy over the south exterior of the Fleet Maintenance area of the main building at the City of Riverside Corporation Yard as outlined in this Bid A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the Bid Due Date. Bid Guarantee in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 6th Floor, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above Bid prices shall be firm for at least one-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from date of proposal opening to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The City Council reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and further reserves the right to reject any or all bid Performance Bond 100% Payment Bond 100% Final Questions Due 10/30/2020 5:00 p.m. PT Response to Bidder Questions Released 11/4/2020 All/Any questions, interpretations, clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations, either administrative or technical, about this Solicitation must be submitted online
