Location: VA Boston - Jamaica Plain Campus, 150 S Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02130. Magnitude Of Construction: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Scope Of Work: This project consists of installation of 15 water quality monitoring stations and associated piping in Buildings 2 and 4, and CWT Trust houses 1, 2, and 3. Those installed in Buildings 2 and 4 will be tied into an existing building management service. Those installed in the CWT Trust Houses will utilize a standalone email transmission system to communicate water quality to the main facility. All associated wiring and electrical work is included in this scope. This construction includes but is not limited to connections to existing utilities, installation of necessary fittings, valves, equipment, etc., all electrical work required for functionality as detailed in drawings and specifications, and restoration of any disturbed areas after completion of construction. The task order performance period is 120 calendar days after the written NTP.
