Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
A certified check made payable to the "City of Lowell" in the amount of 5% must accompany this bid. Bid bonds are acceptable. A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total dollar award is required prior to contract execution. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total dollar award is required prior to contract execution. Attention of the Bidders is particularly called to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and the prevailing wage rates to be paid on this project, as determined by the State Department of Labor and Industries. The City of Lowell, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, reserves the right to waive any informality in, to reject any or all bids or to accept the one which appears in the best interest of the City of Lowell. MBE's and WBE's are encouraged to submit proposals. EOE/AA.
