Site work for a water / sewer project in Winters, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of installation of 340 linear feet of 8" and 227 linear feet of 12" sanitary sewer line, preconstruction televising the sewer lines to locate services, reconnecting 5 sanitary sewer services, installing 4 sanitary sewer manholes, removing and replacing 68 linear feet of concrete sidewalk, a storm sewer junction box and other items of work as detailed in the plans. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of West Columbia or negotiable U. S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The CONTRACTOR will perform the Work within the boundary of Humble and 11th along Lee Street to Mattson. The OWNER and CONTRACTOR shall have unlimited but not exclusive access to the site. The OWNER has obtained all permits necessary for the Work.
