**As of July 5, 2022, project was awarded to Sorensen Gross for $10,494,000.00, Notice to Proceed was issued on June 27, 2022. Bids are solicited under a general construction contract for furnishing and installing the following items with related appurtenances in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications entitled "Lift Station No. 3" and generally described as follows: Installation of a new sanitary lift station to replace the existing Pump Station No. 3. Station includes mechanical screening, submersible sewage pumps, piping, valves, controls, electrical, and appurtenances. Station includes above and below grade structures. Proposed Lift Station No. 3 has a firm capacity of 19 million gallons per day (MGD). Additional work includes installation of new manholes, catch basins, large diameter sanitary sewer piping, and demolition of the existing Pump Station 3. The Bids shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the Project title (and, if applicable, the designated portion of the Project for which the Bid is submitted), the name and address of Bidder and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and all of the documents required by Section 14.01 of the Instructions to Bidders. If a Bid is sent by mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope containing the Bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope plainly marked on the outside with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" on the face of it.
