A timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The work generally consists of design a new force main along LPGA Boulevard. The existing force mains south of Tymber Creek Road will be disconnected from the existing 20-inch force main and reconnected to the new force main. The new force main will parallel the existing force main, and the existing force main will remain in service. The new force main will include approximately 2,000 LF of 20-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) from Tymber Creek Drive to Tournament Drive and approximately 11,000 LF of 24-inch DIP from Tournament Drive south along LPGA Boulevard where it will then manifold with an existing 16-inch force main (see attached figure). The new force main and the existing 16-inch force main from the south on LPGA Boulevard will manifold into a new approximately 3,000 LF 30-inch force main to a proposed influent pump station at the Westside Regional WRF Estimate of Project Magnitude: $1,275,000 to $1,650,000. The deadline for questions is 7 calendar days before the Offer Deadline Date. Questions should be submitted through the NX Proposal Platform using the questions and answer feature. Any changes to this solicitation will be made by answering questions and publishing them on the NX Proposal Platform. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of Proposal opening for the purpose of reviewing the Proposal and investigating the qualifications of suppliers prior to awarding the contract. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
