BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit a payment bond for 100% of the contract amount and a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. The successful bidder will also be required to submit a two-year maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount at the completion of the project. The Labor and Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
