Site work for a water / sewer project in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of approximately 303 vertical feet of manhole utilizing spray applied monolithic liner. Cleaning and Rehabilitation of approximately 4,813 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer by cured in place plastic pipe (CIPP) Bidders must be a licensed contractor with the City of Springfield, Ohio prior to award of contract. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a construction performance bond and a construction payment bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. Said work shall be subject to the prevailing rate of wages as established in the State Wage Determination requirements. Bid Bond 10% The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received whenever the best interest of the City will be served.
