The latest building code shall be implemented to provide adequate egress to meet the fire code. Consultant to provide a technical investigation to provide options for the second egress and provide any impacts to the building including the structure and mechanical and electrical equipment. Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponent's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Additional Bidding Instructions BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. There is a page count limit for the bid submission to this RFP. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated. 3.3.1.
