Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Augusta, Minnesota. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

MnDOT will be the lead agency in reconstructing the interchange at TH 10 and TH 23. The project includes the following key elements: - Reconstruction of the TH 10 and TH 23 Interchange - Reconstruction of TH 10 from 15th Avenue SE to the former rail crossing north of East St. Germain Street - Reconstruction of TH 23 from Lincoln Avenue to Mayhew Lake Road - Grade separation of 4th Street SE with TH 10 under a bridge with road and sidewalk. MnDOT requests proposals for the final design of SP 0503-91 (TH 23/TH 10) in St. Cloud. The project includes reconstruction of the TH 23/TH 10 interchange, highway reconstruction, retaining walls, sidewalks, trails, ADA improvements, new traffic signals and traffic signal replacements, lighting, signing and striping. Coordination with MnDOT's Bridge Design Unit is required. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
