Paving for a road / highway in Valhalla, New York. Conceptual plans call for paving for a road / highway.
Plans call for rehabilitation projects on the Bronx River Parkway. This project will provide a life span of 15 to 20 years on the asphalt surface. This project includes resurfacing, drainage, implementation of stormwater management practices as required by NYSDEC regulations, guiderail replacement, and installation of reflectorized pavement markings and shoulder repairs. As of October 22, 2020, the budget plan for the next fiscal year which has been formally approved by a majority vote of the County Board of Legislators. The Westchester County Board of Legislators will receive the proposed Capital Budget and the proposed Operating Budget and are charged with passing the County Budget by the end of December 2020.
