Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the installation of new 66" welded steel pipe. The project starts at the intersection of Bell Rd and 32 nd St. and runs west down Bell Rd and turns south onto 31 st St. It continues down 31 st St until Greenway Rd, where it turns east and runs along Greenway Rd. The pipe then turns south on 32 nd St and continues down 32 nd St until its completion point approximately 140' south of Shea Blvd. The project will include the installation of the 66" water transmission main, valves, appurtenances, connections to other transmission/distribution mains, required encasements, cathodic protection, water distribution mains utility relocates, jack and bores, and restoration of the existing pavement and hardscape.
