As of May 10, 2022, per the owner it is anticipated that this project will be re-advertised in early 2023. As of June 2, 2021, the solicitation did not result in an award, and it is the intent of NCO 21 to make some changes/corrections to drawings and specifications and send the requirement back out to bid. Further information regarding the solicitation cannot be provided at this time. The intent of this project will be to design and construct a new Community Based Outreach Clinic located on the same parcel as the Veterans Council at 3215 Kauai Veterans Memorial Highway, Lihu'e, Kaua'i, Hawaii. The proposed CBOC will be approximately 15,000 square feet with a minimum of 75 vehicle parking spaces equipped with walk-in patient sidewalks. The new CBOC will include the co-location of outpatient care (VHA), benefits (VBA), Vet Center activities, and space for Hawaii State Office of Veterans Services.
