Lexington County Administration Building Roof Replacements This Request for Proposal is for the replacement of roof(s) at the Lexington County Administration Building. Specifications and drawing prepared by Lyon & Associates, Roofing and Waterproofing Consultants and are a component of this RFP Contractor will have one hundred and twenty (120) days to complete the work. The Bidder must also agree to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $200.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as described in the General Conditions. The question and answer deadline has been extended to November 13th, 2020 at 12pm
